Certain criminal convictions will automatically merit denial of an application, including but not limited to: controlled substances offenses, sex-related offenses, violent offenses against person or property. Owner may also deny an application based on the number of arrests, charges, or convictions. All criminal history other than minor traffic citations will be weighed heavily in determining acceptance.
