This apartment is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check is required. All guests must sign a rental usage agreement. The primary person booking must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. Guests must not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for noise compliance.
