Im writing this review because it seems to be the only way to get the attention of the management company:
Moving out and putting my 60-day notice to vacate has been a nightmare. They inputted the incorrect lease term dates in their system when I moved in, and it took over a month and multiple emails and phone calls for them to correct it spite being ensured multiple times it was being handled. However, my last month’s rent that should be prorated is being charged at a full month. When I called... (multiple times) I was told it was fixed, but it actually increased my last month rent by $150.00 instead of decreasing it for the half month. So it’s 5 days until the end of the month and I have no idea how much I need to pay. If you value your finances, I can assure you they do not. AVOID SIGNING A LEASE. There are way better management companies who do care about their residents

800 Rules!!
I love living here the building is safe, secured, and very clean! Nina and Stephen are simply the best apartment managers anyone could ever ask for, they truly look out for us all. 800 Cap comes with pretty much every amenity you could ask for like FREE laundry facilities now how awesome is that?! and the location is perfect! I can walk to all of the hot spots in downtown Indy like White River State Park, the zoo, stores, and everything in between. I made the right choice by moving to 800 Cap... and I brag about where I live because its an awesome building with A-1 staff, I wont be moving anytime soon :)
