Large rooms, plenty of closet space, brand new appliances, fixtures, brand new... bath/tub, ceiling fans, including a built in microwave in some floor plans.

Must See!! For your budget, we also have other 1 bedrooms starting at $700's. We are minutes from downtown, near 465, restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, Wal-Mart, and much much more.

Great location, with amenities. Lawrence Township Schools. Convenient hours from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Saturday by apt only.
Water fee charge $45 depending on amount of bedrooms and occupants.

Try the pool.

Nice remodeling units with tile work. Great staff friendly an helpful. Close to the highway. Best of all a pool to relax in.

Bad Apartments

This place is disgusting! Mice, cockroaches, and ants! It cheap for a reason and this complex should be REPORTED!! Zero stars if I could rate!!
