Home

If I could I would move back. We had wonderful neighbors we all watched out for each other. The staff would be there in couple days to fix anything. Staff was friendly I'll never have found another place like braeburn.

I’m ready to MOVE!!!

When I first moved here I was excited to be moving in my very first apartment. The next month my AC broke. I put in a request to get it fixed, they said they fixed it, nothing changed it was still scorching in my place. So I just kept putting in request after request and finally after a whole month it got fixed! Now fast forward to now, I’m so ready to leave! I tried to pay my rent online for the first time and it said I was past due on something. I asked the lady in the office what that meant... and she told me I haven’t been paying my dog fee. So I said I’ve been paying what y’all told me to pay! Why didn’t you include the dog fee. The lady said well they must not have known you had a dog when they told you what to pay. So the problem I have with that is, you knew I had a dog when I gave you that extra 2-3 hundred dollars for her. So how is it you didn’t know i had a dog!? I said so when were you going to tell me I wasn’t paying on it? This lady had the nerve to say well we were going to wait until it reached a certain amount and then send you a letter. So you were going to wait until the amount was so BIG then give me a letter!? So it’s safe to say I can’t wait until my lease is up! I’ve been here since March paying the same amount! With a straight face I’ve been handing y’all this rent check and you knew it was short! You want to do all this small talk with me but not tell me the right amount I’m supposed to pay! I’m over it and now they expect me to pay this pet fee that’s been building up for months! It’s not a lot but they could have told me when I missed it the first month. Moral of the story I don’t like how they do business in that office and I’m done!

Lived there for 2 whole years

Avoid at all cost. Their trash compactor is extremely overstuffed at least 3 day out of the week, they pick favorites, they don't fulfill service requests, and the apartments break down constantly. The leasing agents are also extremely snotty and need to learn how to give good service.

Decent

Pros: good neighbors, cheap, spacious one-bedrooms, surveillance in case of trouble, carpet
Cons: cockroaches when I first moved in (eventually taken care of, at no expense), cigarette butts everywhere, little to no opportunity in this part of town, trash compactor is never tended to, only one trash compactor in entire complex, laundry machines don't accept cards, no change machine
