Unprofessional and very poor communication
I was supposed to get a tour of their apartments this past weekend and I scheduled the tour nearly a week in advance, but I kept getting mixed info sent to me regarding my scheduled tour. One day they tell me I’m scheduled for Friday, the next day they tell me the following Monday. I clarified multiple times and they told me I was set for Saturday, but I show up on time and nobody was at the office. I called and emailed but nobody answered, so I waited and nobody showed up. I finally get an... email response today and they tell me that I was supposed to be informed of them having to reschedule, but I never received that communication. This office is so unorganized and I would not want to get an apartment at a place that can’t even handle properly scheduling an appointment.
