Great price for the area

If you are looking for an apartment with stainless steel appliances and brand new vinyl flooring this is not the place. HOWEVER, I have had a great experience here. This is the fourth year I have been living here and I appreciate it more every year. The cost of living is sky rocketing and this place really is worth it. Everything in my apartment works and the maintenance workers are quick to respond and very nice. The complex reminds me a lot of a small quiet neighborhood. The staff does a great... job at maintaining the grounds and keeping the community updated. Great place!

Great place!

Very organized, friendly, top-notch staff! Clean community, nice neighbors..Older apts but well kept and great pricing. Many of my neighbors have been here for several years, like myself.

Great location and awesome mainteneance

So handy to Kroger, Target, Whole Foods and Monon Trail.
Its very quiet and I have the best neighbors. We have been here since 2017 in a 2 BR 2 Bath unit. It would be nice to have some of the updates in other apts but they did put down new wood laminate flooring in kitchen and baths when I asked for and signed the renewal lease. Maintenance staff is amazing - some of the best in any apts I have lived in.
Parking can be a bit tight which is the only negative I can come up with and... sometimes visitors park in front of the building for too long but its not all the time so not a big deal.
For the price and location it's a great place.
