It takes time. The renewal process is quite lengthy, reading all the different agreements and conditions that must be signed.

Awesome! I love my space. It is roomy and cozy. The entire office staff and maintenance staff has been amazing. If you are looking for a quiet can well kept space, Chateau in the woods is an awesome place to call home.

My experiences. I have been living here for almost seven years. There have been some ups and down with different issues, however, some of those issues were corrected. Managements does keep the residents informed of activities taking place.
