6702 APT H I have loved living here the past 2 years and will continue for another year. Unfortunately we will be only staying another year due to the rising price of the apartments. Being so close to downtown the price makes sense, however there’s a few things that don’t make it worth the price. First being no water softeners. The hard water is hard to live with in terms of hair and skin care, drinking water, and other things. It stains everything. We’ve had to buy products for every faucet and... shower head to somewhat reduce the hard water issues.
That’s the only issue we’ve really come across. Otherwise the safety and community and Creek bay is great. We feel safe living here and the apartments are beautiful. There are some things that could be upgraded but that’s anywhere you live. I think the management team and maintenance staff are amazing. They’re respectful and very helpful. Thank you!
