Peaceful setting

If you enjoy the nature life then it’s quite nice especially being so close to the city. tons of trees, birds, animal friendly(lots of
Dogs with a dog park) Large balcony’s, spacious rooms throughout the apartment, carport, small storage unit. The neighborhood is quite minus the kids screaming in the pool but least they are having fun. The highway is loud at times especially when the leaves fall. There are Hiking trails near by that lead down to eagle creek lake. You can take your kayak down...
to the lake or just fish. Neighbors keep to themselves. I definitely feel safe especially since they added the new LED lighting.

The water does get shut off from time to time for repairs but we are surround by trees with alot of roots and these apartments where built in the 70s so it only makes since the pipes are breaking.
As for chimney falling down? Not sure what apartments have fireplaces but I’ve seen none.

I feel safe and at home here!

Awful service

Got screwed over! First of all lived here for about 8 months and we had a leak in our sink that took over a month to finally get fixed after reminding them multiple times and our chimney Litterly fell off and was never put back on. Our fridge and freezer broke because it was ancient and we lost hundreds of dollars in meat and food because of it. Very dissatisfied! The apartment we received was not what we were shown before moving in and was very dirty.

Reconsider - Seriously

Moved in back in 2021 so been here a while. Property management swapped but it is still the same issues. Keep in mind these apartments are super old and are literally falling apart. Had gas leaks and they're was no ground. The electricity will go out at least once a week. I am not joking. The water will go out at least once a month. Again not joking. One day an electrical box exploded and it was so bright it made the nighttime day. Seriously not joking. This place is literally falling apart.... Currently they have backed up sewer lines. Everything even the gym machines are broken. It is aweful. Second reason to reconsider. While the rent does look cheaper then other areas the management is way shadier. Breaking your lease will literally cost you $5,000 - $7,000 depending on your floor plan. It looks like its just 1 extra months rent but if you read further down they tack on other costs. It is bad. My move out costs were unfortunately on the higher end of that spectrum. Be aware of what you are signing by entering into an agreement at this location. Thanks for reading, hopefully you have better luck then I did.

Couldn’t even move in.

They broke lease twice and tried pushing back the move-in date twice. Then had us pay the electric and gas bill for a place we never stepped foot in because they never checked the apartments we were moving in to until the day before. A hassle to get our money back and the person who runs the place refused to talk to us, or rather “was too busy.”

Our apartment is in the city but not. You actually feel like you are in the country because it is off the main part of the city. The reason it is just average is because of the management, they are not quick to get anything done. They are trying to improve the apartments by upgrading them but it a slow process. It was a five star when we moved in 9 years ago but has went down hill after the first few years.
