A Great Place to Live
I lived in a one bedroom apartment at Jade North in Broad Ripple for a year before relocating out of state. If I hadn’t needed to relocate, I would have lived in that apartment for years. It’s a wonderful location at a very reasonable price for that location.
The entire year I lived there I had someone above me and someone next to me and I never heard any sound through the walls at all. Which is almost unheard of in newly built and over priced apartments nearby.
Other people that live here are... very friendly, and the staff is very kind and genuinely cares about your experience living there. It was always easy to reach someone when I had questions or issues. I think what I valued most about this place was their refusal to price gouge their tenants. Which is the opposite of what most apartment buildings are doing right now. You never had to pay any nonsense trash fees, you could just go take your trash out yourself to the easily accessible cans. You do not have to pay to park outside your own apartment and pet fees are very reasonable.
All in all, it is a great place to live if you’re on your own or with a small family. It’s an apartment feels like a community and other apartment buildings surrounding it should take notes. Because the people at Jade North are actually doing it right.
