Laurelwood Apartments

This place is in an excellent area... so much to do and many places to go nearby. The maintenance crew is always on time. I love it here!

I lived here for 9 years and never had an issue. Work orders were done in a timely fashion and the office staff was always nice and willing to help! I love Laurelwood!

Been here for 6mths now never asked maintnence for anything until my hot water stopped working been callin and askin for 2days now can they fix the problem and I been ignored no hot water is and emergency and I feel like they don't take that as an emergency still no hot water goin on 3days second guessing moving here at laurel wood!

My apartment is pretty decent. They do need to do a better job with getting rid of cockroaches and residents that are smoking/selling drugs. I like that they are trying to keep residents and their guests at designated smoking areas. But after office hours the residents that smoke and their guests that smokes do smoke anywhere they want. My child has asthma and the smell comes through the vents. I wish they would work harder on these things instead of focusing on making the residents keep their... apartments spotless at all times.
