HORRIBLE

DO NOT MOVE OVER HERE.. THE PARKING FOR YOUR GUEST OS HORRIBLE!!! THEY HAVE TO WALK FROM 16th and 17th street to your building.. NO GUEST PARKING!!! The call box is always down… and the office is always changing management… the price isn’t worth it! And no linen closets..

Hello! We're sorry for any confusion on guest parking or linen closets. Our floor plans and amenities are displayed on the website for review prior to moving in. We'll have someone check out the callbox to make sure this is working okay, just keep us... updated on this if you experience any issues.

What's the hold up?

I am the definition of confused when it comes to their rental practices. It will soon be three weeks since I applied here and they're continuously telling me they have no idea when my application may be approved. I gave them about 8 months of check stubs which was already pretty strange for an apartment complex to ask for. i was also denied for the "affordable" program they have so I'm just not understanding what else there is to figure out and why they think it's acceptable to take this long to... do it. I've never been this frustrated with an apartment I haven't even been able to sign a lease with yet.

Pay for what you get

The staff in the office is great, super responsive to maintenance calls, etc. The units are new so it definitely doesn't feel like they've been lived in long. The location is also good, especially with all of the restaurants and bars popping up in this area.

The buildings themselves are super cheaply built...unless you live on the top floor, you're going to constantly hear (and feel) the people above you walking. You'll hear (and feel) your neighbors to the side playing music too. Definitely...
cheaper than rent at similar buildings a little more downtown, but at the end of the day, you're paying for a cheap apartment that's really loud.
