Stratford Place Apartments

Great Place to live, the new management is excellent!

My car and other cars have been broken into recently and the same night you hear banging on your door or your neighbors door. One lady I talked to the people had tried to get in through her window. She lives on a bottom apartment. They need to get cameras in this complex on every street light. And the street lights need to be left on all night in case something happens.

I've lived here twice. The apartments are decent and fairly priced. But i have had an issue both times with thieves that roam the neighborhood at night taking people's belongings out of their vehicles. Weather they catch people with their doors unlocked or broken windows it has been an issue.

The outside of the complex looks very nice and presentable. I am currently looking for different housing. Maintenance is horrible. I have called about MOLD growing on my bathroom ceiling numerous time no one has ever readdressed it. I called four times about my Fridge going out and NO ONE will call back and address these issues. I called on a Friday to make sure someone could get to me before the weekend and left numerous messages on the voicemail but still no one has reached out to say they are... addressing the issue or anything. No one ever is there until 5 P.M. like the hours state on the door. Good luck getting anything fixed here. I have been living here for about 2 years now, I like the office staff. Hanna comes around to see how the property is doing snd trys to address any concerns that needs to be addressed with in our community.
