Look Somewhere Else
I would advise you to not live here. This place is so underfunded that nothing gets done. What was once likely a nice property is descending into junk.
The maintenance team is basically non-existent. You'll wait months for crucial work and eternity for smaller items. I went without AC for 2 weeks in the summer and another 10 days without heat this December. I also had a period where I had ants in the attic crawling into my bathroom vent for over 3 months. Currently, my furnace breaker trips... 2-3 times a day; nobody seems too concerned about the fire hazard.
Nobody takes care of the property grounds. The edges are defined by litter. The grassy areas have been ruining by lazy dog owners. It'd likely be better if there was more than 1 dog trash bin or if the large trash bins were ever anything but overflowing. The sidewalk often has broken glass.
The amenities are poor. The dog park is properly sized for 10 pound dogs, but even if you have a tiny dog it is often unusable because of the trash. The tennis court is cracked and beat up. It'd be impossible for tennis or pickleball. The pool was closed for 2 weeks this past summer for a health violation. The actual violation was never discussed with residents. There was just a sign added to the entry and then removed.
The apartment furnishings are also outdated. Neither the AC nor the water heater can keep up. Even the water pressure is terrible. We ended up buying a window AC to get the bedroom below 80 degrees in the summer. Don't ask to see my electric bill. It's over double than my past 4 addresses. Even on months where nobody is home for 2 weeks with devices unplugged, I still run over $100.
Finally, the office doesn't seem to have the authority to get anything done. As mentioned above, they can't seem to get maintenance to do their job. They can't even bother to answer emails nor keep track of executed lease. I'd also encourage the "owner" to not respond to this post by asking me to call the office. The office has never once answered my phone calls nor responded to a voicemail.
