I love that my apartment is a great size. I am a college student and I rent alone, so having two bedrooms and two bathrooms is really nice. They are pet friendly, and encourage them. The only downfall is they are a little outdated, but the landlord is awesome and works with whatever you need help with. Maintenance is fast, the longest I have had to wait was when I first moved in which was about a week. The community is great and I feel safe walking in after work late at night, that is the most... important thing to me, that I feel safe.
