Don't bother filling out your move-in sheet when you get one, as management will not have maintenance come out to fix any issues. If they do, maintenance will "fix" it terribly. They put my door on backwards to "fix" it... after they lied to me and told me it was fixed before... and I had to have them come back out. They will also just throw tape on to "fix" things.

Do NOT move here!
VERY high electric bills ($500+ some months), insulation is very poor, maintenance is lacking.

Changes
We our residents of Crowne Park and are excited about the positive changes. The maintenance department is friendly and knowledgeable. The office answers all our questions and makes sure we get what is needed done in a timely response time. It's a nice place for kids and pets. We would recommend it to our friends and family.

Finally Pleased
I have lived out here for 5 years. I don't have bedbugs but anyone anywhere can get them no matter how clean or dirty they are. We went through a lot of different managers that didn't care tho. It was run down and nothing was getting fixed (I was embarrassed to have company) until they got the manager that's here now. Slowly things around here started getting better. I'm glad theres a new owner that will let the manager fix things. She's been very helpful to me and shows that she cares about us... and where we live. It's nice that she's getting rid of the criminals too. That makes me feel safer and things are much quieter. I also met one of the owners when they did my inspection and she was very nice and friendly. I think we're finally in good hands and I just signed a new lease to stay longer.

bad apartment
I have l lived at this apt for five years and through each apt manager it just gets worse. I have been without air conditioning since mid June. All I get is the run around on fixing it. This is not a good apt. If you can afford to go somewhere else I would advise it.
