The Village Promenade
I have nothing but good things to say about the Village Promenade! The apartment I live in is 471 square feet. It offers many luxuries, such as granite countertops, a flat screen HDTV, a dishwasher, contemporary cabinets, a built in microwave, designer flooring, and it is completely furnished. It also has a washer and dryer, wide-open California style closets, and a large bathroom. Also, the Promenade offers countless amenities, such as the courtyard pool, a hot tub, a rooftop tanning deck and... outdoor rooftop movie screen, a 24-hour fitness center, 24-hour private study rooms, and covered vehicle parking. The apartments are located at the heart of Ball State University's campus, The Village. There are an endless amount of tasty restaurants to discover in the area, such as Brothers Bar and Grill, which is connected to the Promenade. Brother's is a hot spot for many of the Ball State Cardinals when they find a slot of free time in their day or evening. The Village is within walking distance from Ball State's campus. The Village Promenade has aided in making my college experience at Ball State one to remember.

Pretty good, could improve
I've lived here since the beginning. It's very nice. There are still some bugs that need to be worked out, as with most new apartments. Good amenities (pool, weight room, study room.) Helpful staff. Plenty of things to do around. Lots of bars, restaurants. Just two blocks from campus, very easy to get where you need to go. Plenty of bus stops nearby if you need to go somewhere off campus. Would definitely recommend.
