Management is awful
The actual apartments are fine but the management is horrible. They hardly ever answer their phones or return phone calls or emails. It snowed twice since Village Green started to manage the complex. On Tuesday, December 13th, I called because it snowed and the sidewalks had not been shoveled. I called when I got home around 5 p.m. and the front office said they thought he was about to start shoveling. It had been snowing on and off all day. At 8:30 p.m. someone started to use a snow blower... . By that time so many people had walked on the sidewalks that it was not only snow but now ice. I emailed the property management and never received a response. January 5th it snowed again and it was not shoveled. The morning of January 6th I called and nobody answered so I left a message. In this message I specifically asked for someone to call me back. Nobody ever called back. The snow was NEVER shoveled. The snow right in front of the front office was shoveled but that was it. I walk my dog every day and it is very frustrating that it does not even seem to be a concern. I have slipped multiple times trying to walk her. The fact that nobody even called back is very unprofessional and unacceptable. It only added to the frustration. My roommate emailed the office through the website and never received a response. Because of this I emailed someone at corporate to express my concerns. I did not hear from them either. Apparently this is how Village Green manages. We will not be spending another year here. It is not worth the money.
