Zero stars, it's a dump now
Very very overcrowded and noisy. There's cars lining the road which is too narrow anyway. They don't seem to monitor the amounts of animals people have because they have tons of dogs barking and pooping everywhere and the people move in and then turn their cats loose. They don't seem to notice several large dogs that are too large and aggressive for the size of the apartments. People's cat not spayed and neutered so they let them loose to spray and stink up other's property too. So much dog... poop that I can't believe they can even keep anyone to mow their grass. The entrance sign on the main road is old and raggedy and there's been multiple for rent signs falling over and laying in a pile up there for like a year now. They don't appear to be monitoring exactly how many people and animals have been crammed into some of those buildings. Manager must live out of town.
