Since I have had the chance of living in different places, I can compare easily this place with other places and give a fair feedback:
- Sadly, the management team are very arrogant and don’t try to show any interest to listen to you every time I visit them.
- According to the time-table attached to the main door, the office should be open on Saturdays and Sundays too but it is not and they don’t bother to remove the sign!
- The place is extremely noisy. Some neighbors... don’t try to be considerate to the next door neighbors and management does not try to do anything about it.
- The wall is very thin and the barking dogs of inconsiderate neighbors could easily be heard inside on long hours and both the noisy neighbor and the management feel irresponsible to fix it!
- Some neighbors are incredibly loud after hours after10:00 pm(apparently in IN the time is 11:00!!) sometimes to midnight and more!) and use stereo music that you get the vibration and shaking in your bedroom, and for a working class people like me who have to wake up early to go to work does not give proper sleep. Management does not try to give warning to those and just ask you to call 911!
- There are pet’s poop everywhere in the campus and you cannot walk at all!
- The actual rental fee is not the one that is advertised and you may need to add between 100-150$ for utility and 150 $ by Duke to the actual rent advertisement.
- Some neighbors have their loud music in their car during the summer time and keep their windows open when they clean their cars for long period and completely inconsiderate to others!
- The service, comfort and nice environment supposed to be provided by this level of rent is way below than what you may get in a bigger sized city with the similar rent or lower!
