ONE BEDROOM FOR RENT ONLY!!! My roomie and I will be living in this house next year and leasing out one of the extra bedrooms. The bedroom is very large and there is plenty of hangout space throughout the house. The lease can be set up to be for one... semester or the whole year. No deposit is required since we've already paid it ourselves and covered renter's insurance. The living room and dining room is luxuriously furnished and we can provide a bed for your room if needed. There is also and additional bedroom that can be used as a hangout area. This house has 2 stories plus a full sized basement and includes all essential appliances (washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/stove, furnace, air conditioning, etc.). Our house also has a very large backyard which we fenced in for privacy. The backyard has plenty of seating, a bonfire pit (s'mores not included), and string lights for a cozy vibe. We also have our own parking lot in the back that can fit up to 4 vehicles and a shed that can store a bike if needed. This house is conveniently located just a few minutes from campus so students can easily walk to class and is also walking distance to the bars. We are hoping to turn the basement into a game room next year with a dartboard, pool table, and ping pong so fingers crossed. My roomie are great friends and have been living in the house for 1 year already and it is fantastic and extremely spacious!!
