We loved living at Redwood Apartment Neighborhood. Cara and Sam are awesome! I would recommend Redwood. The two of them at Hamilton Way in Westfield made for an enjoyable experience! We will miss living there!

Nice place to live Redwood Hamilton Way was home for my son and I for 4 yrs. Although they didn’t have amenities, it was a nice place to live. They grounds were well-kept and they kept up with snow removal. Any time I had a maintenance request it was taken care of in no time. The best part for me is my apt faced west and we got to enjoy beautiful sunsets. I would recommend Redwood to anyone.

The most OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! First class! Over 4 years at this location and we did not want to leave! Personal reasons required a relocation.
So sad to leave. Administrative staff caring and the best!

Great! We did a 6 month lease to get us through selling one house and buying another. Great community and quiet! Everyone was very friendly. We had a couple maintenance issues during our time there and they were addressed in a timely manner.
We also have a large dog. Great walking path and small fenced in dog area for off leash time.

An excellent place to live.
The staff at Redwood couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating during my move into one of their home. They are extremely thorough with details and answer any and all questions one may have. I am so excited to live in such a nice area of Westfield and have the staff there when needed.
Great places to live do exist. Come and tak a tour. You won’t be disappointed!!!
