Management won't listen to complaints

The place was nice for a year until our disrespectful neighbors moved in. Complained about multiple people living there and violating the lease agreement, loud noises, and just letting their dogs poop everywhere. Management only addressed it a few times but now don't care. Wouldn't recommend when they don't take matters seriously concerning safety and your peace of mind because that is what you pay for. Will likely move soon, look elsewhere.

You get what you pay for

These apartments are pretty cheap and you def get what you pay for. Management is terrible, apartments are dirty, and the walls are paper thin. Police are called every weekend. Parking isn't bad though. I would suggest any other apartments.

One of the greatest experiences!

The maintenance staff responded promptly ... The manager was polite ... there’s a pool, hot tub, tanning bed, work out room with equipment, business center ... the apartment is HUGE with extra storage room in the big closets. They hosted a Christmas Party and we actually won;). Our neighbors are amazing... the community truly seems to care and invest in getting to know each other. I can’t say enough positive points to this gated apartment community. We did frequently have issues with ants due… to flooding rains ... and the management quickly addressed these issues. They leave a note giving heads up on EVERYTHING that’s going on from Maintenance needing to enter... to inspection notification... as well as routine pest control to prevent a potential issue. The portal allows you to pay rent online and see the newsletter of anything going on.
GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME!!! It was slightly out of my budget... AND DEFINITELY worth EVERY penny;)

Next to perfect

The gated apartment was good size. The walls are not too thin or we had great neighbors .
They took care of the yard, pool, hot tub & maintenance was on call to fix or replace if anything should go wrong. We had use of the tanning beds,game room,gym and not only to our apt but, the other property's they own .if you like to golf, no green fees the staff are wonderful, they always remembered us.what more could anyone ask for they have it all ! The only thing that was not perfect was parking buy,… easily overlooked . Thank to the staff for such a good experience.

Maintenance and policies.

I've lived here for almost 2 years. Recently like within the last 6 months. The company changed ownership and they do not salt the sidewalks. They would much rather encourage lawsuit for people getting hurt then taking care of their residents who pay an exorbitant amount of rent to live here if you are thinking of living at The Greens at Derby change your mind
