Walk out of the apartment and down the stairs and across from the entrance is a door to the back yard. The back of the house has a door to the laundry room in the basement. There is a small amount of storage and a free washer and dryer for the tenants to share. At the end of the back yard is the off street parking this apartment gets one space.

Application fee is $100, upon approval $85 goes towards your deposit!
Tenants pay for all utilities.
Security deposit is equal to a month's rent.
Spayed/Neutered Cats and Dogs are welcome with pet rent and pet deposit. (All dogs must be crated when tenant is not home) (Dogs are subject to weight restrictions)
Showings are by appointment only. M-F, 10 AM - 7 PM. We do not show Saturday and Sunday. The house, licensed by the city, is locally owned and managed by the Schneider family (serving Lawrence tenants for 37+ years).
Financial Requirement: Each applicant must prove they have 4x's the entire rent (for the unit) in permanent income, or applicant must have a Guarantor, who lives in the continental United States, and owns real estate in the continental United States. We must be able to verify that the Guarantor owns the property through the county where the real estate is located. All applicants must qualify on their own/ independent of co-applicants (no applicant may share a Guarantor). All applicants must have at least 3 years of consecutive rental history otherwise the applicant is required to have a Guarantor.
