The bedroom is off the living room and across from the kitchen, and also has original wood floors, a ceiling fan, a window air conditioner, and a double size closet with sliding mirror doors. Walk out of the apartment and down the stairs and across from the entrance is a door to the back yard. The back of the house has a door to the laundry room in the basement. There is a small amount of storage and a free washer and dryer for the tenants to share. At the end of the back yard is the off street parking this apartment gets one space.

Financial Requirement: Each applicant must prove they have 4x's the entire rent (for the unit) in permanent income, or applicant must have a Guarantor, who lives in the continental United States, and owns real estate in the continental United States. We must be able to verify that the Guarantor owns the property through the county where the real estate is located. All applicants must qualify on their own/ independent of co-applicants (no applicant may share a Guarantor). All applicants must have at least 3 years of consecutive rental history otherwise the applicant is required to have a Guarantor.
