Do Not Rent Here
It would be easier to rip off my own toenails than get any response from the management. I moved in two months ago and have yet to receive my mailbox key. Despite multiple inquiries on multiple other issues, I never receive a direct response. Text messages, emails, and phone calls all go unanswered .Also the window to my bedroom has a direct egress violation as the blinds prevent the window from being opened fully. When filing a maintenance request on their app, you can select a time for them to... enter your apartment, but they will enter your apartment at a different time without notifying you ahead of time. For the rent they charge you you would expect higher quality than you actually receive.
