Just don't.
Don't live here if you like to go to sleep before 2 AM Wednesday through Saturday night. You're within earshot of three major bars frequented by minors who are loud and obnoxious. In fact I once woke up to a shattered window - which took over a month for them to replace.
Due in part to the location, the parking sucks. They have a "private" lot that they never enforce. So unless you're willing to call a tow company and wait for them almost every night you come back to your apartment, you won't... have a parking spot that you pay for.
Perhaps most frustrating is the lack of care given by First Management. The unit is in such bad shape it would almost be better to completely renovate or build a new building. Bugs are an issue, cabenitry is terrible, ceiling is falling apart, and the tile floors and trim need to be replaced - to name a few issues.
What's more is that it's abundantly clear the tenants in this unit are not a priority for First Management - presumably because it's one of their cheapest properties and there is a high tenant turnover. I was left overnight with an overflowing toilet, left without hot water for an entire weekend, waited almost a week for an exterminator to take care of roaches and ants, and as I mentioned before I had to wait over a month to have a shattered window replaced.
If you don't care about your living situation and want a cheap, crappy apartment that's close to the bars then this is your place. But if you want to feel like you actually have something resembling a dwelling and enjoy things like sleep and comfort...don't live here.
