Have good experiences with maintenance and their service when reporting issues. However, when reporting issues to management there’s not a lot of follow up. Almost every grass area, including the dog park, has large amounts of unpicked up dog poop. There are only a handful of waste baskets around and after reporting issues there is no follow up. Nobody is incentivized or expected to clean up after their pets here making a miserable experience for everyone.
Editing for follow up 4.12: The dog... poop problem continues to be completely underplayed. The dog park is unusable as it is full of un picked up poop. Lining each sidewalk in the community and around every breezeways are multiple piles of it. There is not one part of the community free from dog poop.

We are currently short staffed, but we are working diligently to get the dog waste removed as best as possible. If you ever witness someone not picking up after their dog, please report it to the office immediately so that we can... issue the lease violation properly.
