I’ve really enjoyed living here overall. The community is great, and I haven’t had any major issues during my time here. It’s been a peaceful and pleasant place to live.

The only consistent downside has been the gates—they are always broken and have been propped open with rocks for weeks now. It’s definitely something I hope management takes care of soon.

Other than that, everything else has been solid. I’d still recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet, friendly place to call home.

This apt complex is going down since the new company has taken over. The gate has been up on bricks all winter the gate has never been broken down like this. How awful

Have lived here for over 3 years and has been a great place to call home. Enjoy the amenities. Office staff is nice and wonderful. Maintenance is the best. Super helpful and quick!

Great place to live overall! We had some issues with the leasing staff during move-in, as communication was lacking—they rarely answered calls or messages, which made the process challenging. Otherwise, maintenance has been awesome and quick to help whenever needed. It's been a quiet and peaceful area. Haven't had any issues with noise from neighbors, and everyone we've met has been friendly

Overall, I am still very happy with living at The Highlands! I love the safety of the gated community. However, off and on there are issues of the gates being broken or damaged.
