Low Quality Apartments
I've been living here for 8 years and the apartments are not that great. They have low quality amenities. The pool is small and lack luster. The gym has hardly any equipment and is poorly designed. The units vary in quality. Most recently they had a German roach problem in one of the buildings. Management and maintenance is inconsistent we can get 2 to 3 different apartment managers/maintenance in a year. In the past I've had issues with getting work order request completed. The water heater was... leaking into the floors under my apartment when i called the emergency maintenance line no picked up. I had to wait 8 days for a new water heater. I had to live without water during that time. The tenants smoke in the aparrments which carries rhrough the vents and causes the whole building to stink. People have had the apartments and cars broken into. The aparrments are not in a great area. I would not recommend these apartments at all.

Amenities: While we understand that preferences for amenities vary, we regularly review our facilities to ensure they meet the needs of our residents. We recently added brand new fitness equipment including 2 new treadmills, 1 new elliptical, a new rowing machine and recumbent bike. We also added a pool table and upgraded the pool and covered parking. We’re always open to suggestions for improvements and welcome constructive feedback.
German Roach Issue: Pest control is a top priority for us, and we address any issues promptly upon learning about them. We’ve partnered with professional pest control services to ensure a healthy living environment for all residents.
Management and Maintenance: We strive to provide consistent and attentive service. While staffing changes do occasionally occur, our goal is always to ensure seamless management and maintenance for our residents. We regret if there was any inconvenience caused in the past.
Work Order Concerns: The situation you described regarding your water heater is concerning and not reflective of the standard we aim to uphold. We’re committed to improving response times and ensuring emergency maintenance issues are prioritized.
Community Concerns: We enforce policies to ensure a comfortable environment for all, including restrictions on smoking in units. We also work closely with local authorities and implement security measures to address safety concerns. We've also upgraded lighting on the property and fencing.
