Great choice!
I moved into the Lofts about a week after Perry Reid Properties took over, and they've made several improvements and have more planned. The property manager, Pam, has been very professional and responsive to my questions and requests. I feel safe in the building, and I appreciate the secure underground parking garage. The spaces are small, and I ended up leasing two to easily accommodate my SUV, but that was my choice. I love the high ceilings, painted exposed brick walls, and large windows... that let in lots of light. I have a larger living area than many other properties I toured that were more expensive. I haven't lived in an apartment in 25 years, and I feel like this was a good selection.

Horrible place to live
The new take over with perry Reid has been a disaster! Money hungry company! The vaulted ceiling’s will lure you in but don’t let them fool you! There is constant flooding, bugs, they lets tenants with dogs poop all over the place and don’t get me started on the ghetto parking garage!! The spaces are so small almost every car ends up with a ding or a scrape dome being so closely compacted next to each other it makes it nearly impossible to get in and out of your car! Poor communication with... management not to mention they are very condescending! Think carefully before you rent with them!
