Practically ROBBING people.

They strung me around for over a month with $200 of my money guaranteeing me my application looks good and theres no worries and two weeks before my move in date after giving them SEVERAL pay stubs and everything else they asked for graciously they continued to give me open ended answers and string me along promising the security of my application only to deny it, with no grounds to do so. Perfect rental history and no late payments EVER. Now I’m out of an place to live and an opportunity to... look because their lack of communication and awful business ethics have ruined the chance to do so. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME, choose anywhere else.

don’t live here

It is great when you first move in, took them 10 months to fix the door to my apartment that I told them about when I moved in. Called about me not being able to shower because diverter in the shower broke and the hot water was continuously running and it took them a week to get that fixed.

I am loving my home here!

I just moved in to Mt Carmel Apts! I am LOVING my new home so far, Shantai and Kelly have taken such great care of me. Maintenance is always fast to respond. I have recommended all of my friends and family! HANDS DOWN BEST DECISION EVER!!!!!!

I Love Mt Carmel

I moved here in april and I truly do love where I live!!! In the moving process, management (Cody) was not only very knowledgable but beyond helpful to make it an easy transisition into the new place! I love the staff here, they are very socialable, friendly, and positive mindset! I appreciate all that they do to provide a safe and clean place for us to live! They also go above and beyond in do all the extra "small" things, that most places don't to make it fun and apart of! I enjoy the pool in... the summer, and greatful for the nice laundry facility! And I can get enough of my view of the trees and wildlife from my balcony!! And its also nice to have friendly and inviting neighbors! I know I'm here to stay! Keep up the great work!
