Wonderful Complex and Location

Park East is wonderful property. The property is across from a park great for families, those who work out in the outdoors would appreciate the area. The property manager and maintenance crew are friendly and always available.

Lovely sizes

We have been here 8 years and love the size of my complex its so much needed with the kids and breathing space

Nice location Great management!

The staff is beyond amazing and they understand there residence as they would understand a family member I definitely do love them and will recommend this place to anyone

Parke East Townhomes

I've been living here at Parke East Townhomes for two years now. My stay has not been the best due to issues with my apartment, however the maintenance team, Anna and Susan have beyond nothing short of amazing. They ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely manner. If there are issues discerning my rent, they inform me of what is going on and offer any assistance that I may need. They are very understanding and go above and beyond for their residents. They are the meaning of what... outstanding customer service is.
