Great location We loved staying at the Cove. The location was great. Close to everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and the grounds are well maintained. If we come back to Bowling Green in the future we would love to stay at the Cove again.

Clogged sink Fixed my clogged sink within 30 minutes of putting issue in portal. Always pleasant and very knowledgeable. It is a pleasure living here. Everyone that works here is so warm and helpful!!

Maintenance Request The hot water temperature in my apartment was lower than I would have liked. Patrick came by and quickly got the temperature increased for me. Now the hot water is set perfectly for me. Patrick is very personable and professional.

Loved it Love how involved the events got everybody! Very good neighborhood, very safe, great neighbors.Karen and Evan did a great job with any problem quickly. Chase and Patrick were very quick to fix any maintenance issues.
