Unethical, Unprofessional, Unfit

Imagine you're sold a beautiful renovated apartment with new carpets and new appliances and being told that this is the standard for all our units and you move into a mold and leak ridden, stitched carpet, white and black appliances from the 90's. They take 0 responsibility for lying, and act as if you pointing out their dishonesty is a personal attack. I have never reported mold to an apartment in conjunction with feeling sick and have had to 1 be told that there is no evidence that the mold is… making me and my pets sick, and 2 have maintience take almost two months to fix said leak and mold, but the second I want my rent discounted it got fixed the same day, a new temp wall was put in and they sprayed "mold killer" which I later found out is just paint primer meant to be put over stains during construction. but its sad I had to get into a verbal altercation with management in order for my issue to be deemed worthy or addressing quickly.

Five years ago, this place was good, but...

Ownership has changed three times since 2015, and quality has diminished. Avoid this place at all costs!! I have called about my furnace being out and SEWER water backing up into my kitchen sink with no reply. Rent has gone from $785 to $980 for a one BR; up 25% because of “the market.” Horrible experience, and I’m seeking help to get out of this place.

I love the staff here. They are so friendly. My kids know the maintenance men and office staff by name. Their favorite part of the day is stopping at the office after school for a snack and visit Shannon and Stacia. Mr Doug and Mr Dan go above and beyond, I've never waited more than a day for any repair or request. The pool is a great place to get to know your neighbors. There are tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs. A gas grill for our use, which was great because due to fire laws we had… to get rid of ours.

Great place to live

I am glad to call this place my home, its a great area, close to my work, the ladies that are at the leasing office are extremely nice and understanding. Place comes with a pool and a fitness center that is kept clean at all times.
