My husband and I have lived here for over 9 years and it is a Excellent place to live. When anything breaks they fix promptly. The rental price is very good in a area close to Villa Hills. Never any problems with any bugs what so ever. Clean and quiet. Yet close to everything.

We moved into this apartment complex because you get a lot for your money. There are laundry rooms on each floor and a 2-bedroom comes with 2 bathrooms. Seems great right? Well after about a year of living here, I started having health problems. We had a leaking coming from the sealing and the maintenance staff exclaimed the whole complex had mold issues due to poor insulation. After we moved out, my health issues disappeared. Do not recommended.

I've now lived here for almost two years and I love it. It's quiet, neighbors are friendly. My only complaints: laundry facilities and maintenance requests. Laundry facilities on each floor are not great and there is only one pair of machines per floor. Additionally, maintenance requests (unless an emergency) usually take a while to get complete. However, every time I've spoken to management, they've been polite and very helpful. The rooms are super spacious and I love the layout. And... again, it's super private and quiet. It's also close to the highway. There's a grocery store right up the street and lots of restaurants. I love it!
