Kimball Apartments

Lived here 3 years never had even a small conflict. Maintenance was freaky fast usually resolving even minor issues within 24 hours. Property management was always super easy to get ahold of the couple of times I needed to. Good area too

These could be awesome rental town-homes, however there is no management on this property, and the management they do have at a central office is worthless, trash all over, multiple dogs in units as owners don't pick up poop. several wrecked cars just junking up the parking lot and there are no assigned parking spaces, letting some units park 4-5 cars and your left with nowhere to park when you get home. walls are paper thin and the units never get an update, or fresh paint. to top it off if you... make a complaint AMY the play the part manager, lets the tenant know exactly who made the complaint and there ya go, let the hostility begin, they have had several vehicles broken into, a shooting, and no security or notice of what is occuring in the complex, boy I wonder if mark harris knows his manager is a total dub??? moved out of there about a month ago and let me tell you, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY> i am giving it a one star because negative numbers are not listed! The location is a great neighborhood. The townhouse has lots of room and storage.
