The area is good enough. A few fights every few weeks. The big worry that I would have for potential residents is the mold infestation (there was a flood at the beginning of January that saturated most of the apartments that the main office is located on. It wasnt treated, just sprayed over with primer, it's horrible.

The second concern is roaches and boy are they plentiful. They do come spray every 4th Thursday bit it does absolutely nothing. You will see reaches on a daily basis. If you do… choose to stay here if reccomend getting roach motel traps and fire any spray that repels them but even after that you'll still see them. The yard at night is infected with roaches too. And on top of that there's gaps in the door roaches come in from. And if you are on the bottom floor there's big black spiders too.

Maintainace is incredibly slow and ineffective. There have been a few jobs I had to get them to come fix multiple times because it wasn't done properly. I have been there 2 years and they finally got my bathroom vent fan to work a few months before I moved out (your neighbors bathroom vents are connected so if they have something with fumes or stink it will make your bathroom stink if you don't have your fan on, but to have your fan on your lights must be on because it's connected to the same switch, wastes electricity)

Management is really nice, not sure how long it will take them to turn everything around. But with the mold they would have to dig up the walls because it is very bad. The management switch happened in February.

I would say if you can deal with the air quality, roaches and slow and inefficient maintenance then go for it. Waste of money imo Read More
