Brookview at Middletown

The main pro of this apartment complex is that it is in a good area, if you can find a better priced apartment in a good area I would go with them. The apartment was overall clean and quiet with enjoyable neighbors.

Con:
-Starting with staff, Shantel was beyond rude my entire tenure at the residence. Jessica was beyond helpful but when she was out you had to deal with attitude and lack of wanting to do their job with Shantel.
- Trash bin is expected to only be put outside at 6pm, no earlier.... This is difficult for people who get home late and are not able to put trash out before pickup starts at 7.
- They often miss trash pickup and have a raccoon problem that they refuse to solve, this leaves trash all over your front porch you have to clean.
- Dog poop all over the place needs picked up and dead fleas in dog wash area.
- People parking in no park zones blocking you from getting out and congested parking overall.
-They advertise that this is a smoke free complex, however there was a frequent smell of marijuana that they did nothing other than send an email saying to not smoke.

Brookview Middletown is in a prime location for walking to stores & dining. It is only about five years old. There is a fitness area that includes a yoga studio. There is a swimming pool with a lift for people with disabilities. Maintenance orders are completed quickly. The complex staff host events each month. Residents are treated like family. If you are looking for a place to call home, I encourage you to check out Brookview Middletown.

I have been living here for 3 years. The new management is unresponsive. Exceedingly high prices not worth it. No Parking, noisy, dirty, no amenities open.
