Don't Recommend Living here

Office staff/property management is terrible to deal with, they are only focused on Nickle and diming people. You can never get anyone on the phone there. READ the fine print in your contract! Internet is the worst if you plan to work from home or just use it in general, Dish is the only provider available and you are forced to pay for it and pay for 20+ channels with the worst quality. Parking is hit or miss because the gates for the "gated community" are always open leaving it opened to the... public. Train tracks are located right beside the complex, with trains going by 4 times daily, but don't worry you'll be able to hear it all with the paper thin walls. Only positive about living here is Uhaul is right next door so you can move out ASAP.

You will regret moving here

Poor property management, unsafe, unhealthy conditions. Rodents, insects, trash contaminated property. Unauthorized access into your unit when you leave home. Hidden fees that u do not have to be bullied into paying. Cable services come in a package that you shouldn’t sign up for. It’s cheaper to contact a provider. Don’t waste you peace moving to this property. Nothing about the process can be trusted. You’re better off in parkhill projects.

Worst complex!

worst complex I’ve ever lived at the management is awful, rude, and do not care about residents they only care about money and will charge many hidden fees without consent. My car was stolen within the first two weeks of living there! Over priced apartments the walls are super thin, carpets are filthy. They need new management I honestly would never recommend living here I could not wait to leave!

High quality and great management

Apartments are very well kept and updated. Management takes pride in resolving any and all issues that residents bring to their attention and they do it in a timely manner. Additionally prices are very affordable for what you get

Not recommended

Although the apartment community is nice, they just nickle and dime you. Since I moved in I was forced to change my ATT Uverse service to Dish Network. Basically you have no choice because Peak Living the owners get a cut from Dish by making everyone switch to Dish. Same with renters insurance. I have State Farm for at a $10/month cost but now Peak Living is making us buy insurance from them at a cost of $15/month. We have no choice to choose our own insurance and they make money on this. Same... with trash at $25/month even if you don't want a valet trash service. The gated entrance is just for show as anyone can walk in to the community anytime. Multiple car break ins every month. Read the fine print before moving in.
