Mildew & nickle-and-diming
Run, don't walk from here! We should've listened. I was sick the entire time we lived there. We tried to get maintenance to test the place for mold since there was mildew everywhere and water coming through the walls, but they refused. Then, when we moved out, they bombarded us with charges (there was a patched square of carpet in the living room our cats tore up which understandably we would pay for, but charging us $250 for it on top of $669 for a brand new carpet? Seriously?)
