Amazing Place to Live!

The apartments are great. The stuffs and management are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very prompt whenever I needed anything fixed. Plenty of parking and space in general. Great 24/7 gym too, has all I need. They keep the place clean and well groomed. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to live! It's an amazing place to live!

Best place to stay in louisville

Great place to stay in louisville. Great apartments, lot of amenities, great and helpful leasing associate, lot of activities through out the year for residents. Cherry on the cake their service team , they arr so prompt and wonderful. Love staying here. Would recommend to anyone

Trying to advertise as luxury apartments

I have lived at my Plainview apartment for a year now. I think the maintenance is prompt, wonderful and responsive. There are plenty of email communications from the office via email if you need to move your car or if something will be closed. I really like I can walk around the area and Timberwood Circle is a great 2 mile walk with plenty of sidewalks. Having a stoplight to exit onto Linn station is also great. Really the location is sought after for people in the area. For the units... themselves, they’re really old and most units are not updated like they show sometimes. The bathrooms have clearly not been updated in 15-20 years and the appliances seem they are from the early 2000s as well. They still have popcorn ceilings and old countertops. The grey walls are depressing and have so many imperfections. The toilet and shower regularly need maintenance. I think maintenance has been to my apartment at least twice a month to fix things on average since we moved in. To call these apartments luxurious is a joke. Even the outside of the unit looks old. The deck needs to be redone and there are painted-over wires. The units don’t get enough sunlight because the windows are tiny. The price is way to high for what you will get. I also haven’t liked my neighbors. Some of the neighbors don’t keep their units clean, it smells like dog dung and cigarettes in the hall. Watch out when walking because residents rarely pick up after their pets. I think after this year, we will be moving out to find something nicer but for the same price.

Worst apartment experience

I had the misfortune of living at Plainview Apartments for 14 months. From the beginning, the other people who live in the complex are just straight up rude. Every time my husband and I would leave our apartment there would be someone glaring at us. There isn't free laundry or washer and dryers in unit, you have to pay $4 to wash a single load in a dirty laundry room with small machines- not even commercial machines. Complexes should not be allowed to call themselves "luxury apartments" if they... don't even have laundry. At the end of the first year of our lease, the complex decided to raise our rent $100 if we were going to renew for another year and $400 if we wanted to do month to month which is ridiculous seeing as NTS owns half the city and doesn't need to be price gorging. 2 months into our 2nd lease, we discovered that there was mold underneath the paint on our baseboards and there were literal bugs called mold mites eating the mold. The complex had painted over the mold instead of fixing it! There was also severe mold issues in the bathroom behind the shower head which had also been painted over. We were both so sick we could barely breathe and both called in sick from work multiple times. My husband had even been admitted to the emergency room for a severe asthma attack. We called maintenance and they told us they'd send people to check it out in the morning. The next morning, maintenance came to check it out and told us they would call a company to come out in 3 days and that we should buy bug spray(???). 3 days later the pest company came and left a business card, however the bugs were still there! We were done moving out by the end of the month and sent an email to the leasing office explaining why we were leaving and that we were breaking our lease. There were bugs in everything we owned and I ended up washing over 15 loads of laundry just to get everything clean. We always paid our rent on time, were quiet, and caused absolutely no problems at all, so you think they'd be nicer to us. Nope! Almost a month later, I got a response from the leasing office. They denied that there were even bugs and the whole situation, and told me we owed them a whopping $3500, and that they were keeping my security deposit. Apparently they charge $2000 to break a lease and 2 months rent which was another $2000. Now, over 6 and a half months later, this complex has destroyed my credit because I had to move out for my own health.
