My experience was good. I experienced Friendly staff and management, clean community, and great communication from management. Stonewater Park is definitely an apartment complex I would recommend.

I had a good experience. The maintenance team was very helpful whenever there was a problem, they were available. Neighborhood was great, there was a problem with the potholes, but that got fixed quickly.

I appreciate how careful they are to take care of the pool and landscaping, and engage with the community. I am so grateful for flex payments and their generosity and patience, I do not take it for granted.

I have no complaints. I’m coming up on my second year at Stonewater Park. I hope I have many more years to come. The staff continues to be great and resilient.

Arium has a section of the rental contract which states you must pay an additional buy out fee beyond the 60 days notice. For us this fee was $2500. It is costing us 4 months rent to break the lease from the date we gave notice. A cost of just under $5000. We have lived in a number of apartment communities and have never encountered the additional buy out fee. This was not verbally disclosed. I recognize it’s buried in the contract and you will owe the fee regardless of your circumstances. We... have move to another state for family health issues. We did not have the option of staying through the lease term.
