Great and friendly maintenance staff and office staff, who are quick to assist when needed. My apartment is bright and sunny, even in the winter, which has been a plus after this winter!

So far it has been great, love my giant windows. Staff is always helpful when we have concerns and maintenance is helpful when issues arise and gives advice on upkeep

Overall it’s been a great experience living at The Legends Apts. The location is amazing, shops, food, close to the Gene Snyder. They are quick to fix issues with the apartment.
The couple negative things I can say are: They won’t allow you to move mid lease w/o paying $500 or if your within 2 months of you lease ending. Also the snow removal is slow, ice builds up, and it’s a skating rink.

I enjoy living here. Love walking the grounds, parking still remains an issue but other than that for the most been very happy here. The staff is friendly and helpful!
