Landlord is verbally abusive and unprofessional and MOLD!
I've lived here since the building opened and it is falling apart due to mismanagement. There's mold on multiple spots on my ceiling and wasps get in all year long. I have told Sandra(the landlord) about it multiple times and nothing has happened. Sandra acts like you are ruining her life anytime you talk to her and has called multiple tenants names and yelled at our children. She doesn't not give any notice and just comes in your apartment. There is no Wi-Fi like they advertise. Multiple... reasons not to live her. I'm currently looking for another place because of the living conditions here.
