Well worth what you pay for.
I have nothing but great experience, my boyfriend lives there and I stay with him from time to time and it’s a very quiet and calm place.

Find somewhere else
I could go on and on about how bad this place is, but I can only write so much. This place smells like cigarettes and mold, customer service is horrible, they charge you $50/hour for EMERGENCY maintenance, they don’t replace anything that was damaged from the previous tenants, our neighbors literally got in our mailbox and vandalized my car and nothing got done about it, they absolutely will not do a move out inspection with you, and when you move out they decide to take your deposit and charge... you for extra stuff that should be a typical turn for a unit. I’m a leasing agent for another company, and if I treated my tenants like they do I would be in so much trouble. Save your time and don’t live here unless you’re desperate.

Horrible Management Horrible apartments
Tons of hidden fees, management lies, apartments are subpar and you end up paying way too much to live in a sardine tin. Literally find anywhere else for better price, management, and apartment space. Worst mistake was living here.
