Riverbend
Riverbend is a nice subdivision that gives you opportunity to live in a home without the stress of purchasing one. The cleanliness and peacefulness of the neighborhood is also wonderful. I am very happy with my choice to move here and ai really wish I will be picked as the lucky winner.

Modern living
The area and neighbors are very pleasant. The interior of the houses are very up to date and modern, I really like the look and feel of the house itself. Very satisfied with service and area.

A Family Oriented Neighborhood
This has to be one of the best homes I have lived in. The home came fully equipped with washer and dryer. The move in process was very smooth. We did not have a waiting period for our home. On move in day we had new paint and carpet. It's family oriented. The neighborhood have a safe playground for our small children to play on. Neighborhood always look well kept. Trash up and grass cut. If I had to recommend this home I would a thousand times. It's fit for a family or a bachelor.

I love my house ,an I really enjoy the quiet nice neighborhood. The maintainece,an the office Manager is really great ,when it comes to getting things done,that you need.I would not trade it for the world.
