Downtown living

The best thing I can say about my apartment is location location location nothing better than living a few blocks from the capital, farmers market right outside your front door and you can walk to the best bars and restaurants. But it's not so close that it becomes annoying the only thing the apartment is lacking is parking you have to park on the street and sometimes there's nothing available for blocks! The apartments are small but just the right size for one person or a young couple, high... ceilings and concrete floors are definitely a plus! Utilities are low and maintenance is amazing they always show up in a timely manner!
