Go somewhere else.
The office staff and maintenance are terrible. The office never answers their phone. I’ve been contacting them since the beginning of February about a leak in my kids upstairs bedroom. I’ve submitted 3 maintenance requests, called, and gone into the office personally multiple times. I was told multiple times that someone would be by to have a look at it and nobody’s ever came. The leak has been progressively getting worse and still nothing has been done. To top it off the roof in the office... building for the complex just caved in last week.
They don’t respond to any maintenance requests at all for that matter. The dishwasher has been broken since I moved in. I also had to hound them to get them to fix my ac which was broken prior to move in day and wasn’t actually fixed until the next week.
I moved in July 1st of 2022. I was never notified that our mail boxes were broken and that mail was being sent to the local post office. The post office then stopped accepting our mail and everything was being returned to sender. We just recently got new boxes and can have mail sent here after over 6 months of waiting.
The list goes on…..
