For the most part, the Waters at Millerville have met my expectations. My experience would be great if I didn't have to deal with loud music blaring from my neighbors every other day.

I truly enjoy living at The Waters at Millerville so far. My move in experience was exceptional. I was gifted with several house warming gifts. This company cares about people. Ms.AnTajha was very helpful during my move in process. She had a great attitude and she was always smiling which made me smile. She was very patient with me because I was being picky with choosing between two different apartments, but she made sure that I received the perfect apartment. I am in love with my beautiful... modern apartment. My apartment is stylish, spacious, and has the perfect amount of windows. To this date, Ms.AnTajha communicates with me frequently and on time and she actively listens to my concerns. I do not experience any loud noises during the day or night from my neighbors. I have submitted a maintenance request twice so far, and they serviced my apartment within 48 hours. I love that the staff takes pride in keeping up with the interior and exterior of the apartment complex.
